Welcome to my Not Sugar blog! This is a daily journal of my efforts to remove added sugar from my diet. I think that many of the obstacles I face are common situations that everyone experiences, and I hope that by sharing my experience and, in some cases, problem-solving, I can help anyone who is also trying to eliminate added sugar from their diet.
